Why Did I Buy It?

I was looking for a daily sunscreen that wouldn't leave a white cast, felt lightweight, and worked well under makeup. After testing several products, Amoni's Anti-Spot SPF50 became my go-to.

Amoni Sunscreen ingredients label

What really impressed me was the combination of strong UV protection with skin-brightening actives — two things I need in one product.

UV Filters

This sunscreen uses a combination of next-generation filters that cover nearly the entire spectrum of harmful UV rays:

Tinosorb M Hybrid mineral-organic filter — Broad spectrum UVA + UVB
Tinosorb S Stable organic filter — UVB and partial UVA protection
Uvinul A Plus Strong UVA protection
Octocrylene Supports stability of other filters

This combination means both sunburn prevention (UVB) and protection against premature aging and dark spots (UVA). Many affordable sunscreens only focus on UVB — this product doesn't.

Anti-Spot Actives

Beyond UV filters, three active anti-spot ingredients are in the formula:

Niacinamide
Reduces melanin production, brightening, anti-inflammatory
Kojic Acid Dipalmitate
Stable kojic acid derivative — inhibits tyrosinase
Vitamin C Derivative
Antioxidant + gradual brightening

This combination means skin becomes gradually clearer while protected from the sun, and spots fade over time. Of course, don't expect overnight miracles — results are gradual.

Texture & Application

This is the most important part that most reviews overlook — the actual texture and feel on skin.

Amoni Sunscreen texture

Pros

  • Very lightweight and fast-absorbing texture
  • No white cast on skin
  • Good hydration for daily use
  • Works well under makeup
  • Pleasant, subtle scent

Cons

  • Limited availability in some markets
  • Possible formula changes in the future
  • SPF not independently tested
  • Some sensitive skin types may experience irritation

One of the main advantages of this sunscreen is its texture. Many sunscreens found in the Iranian and Turkish markets are either too heavy or leave a white cast. This product has neither issue.

My Final Rating

5
★★★★★
out of 5

I rate this product 5 out of 5 and will definitely repurchase it. For anyone looking for an Iranian sunscreen with a science-backed formula suitable for oily skin, this is one of the best options available on the market.
